1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). By registering and using the system, you accept these terms.

2. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the WMS. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information and to keep your access credentials confidential.

3. Use of the System

The WMS may only be used for its intended warehouse management purposes. Misuse, in particular the use of automated systems for manipulation, is prohibited.

4. Availability

We strive for high system availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted use. Maintenance work may lead to temporary restrictions.

5. Liability

Liability for damages arising from the use of the system is limited to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms of use. You will be informed of any changes by email. Continued use after notification of the changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of violations of these terms of use.
