Privacy Policy

Last updated: Jul 7, 2026

1. Privacy at a glance

This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

2. Responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is the operator of the WMS system. Contact details can be requested via system administration.

3. Data collection on this website

Contact form: If you send us inquiries via the contact form, the details you provide in the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

Registration: During registration, your email address, name and other data you provide are stored. This data is used to provide the WMS functionality.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention and bot detection. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser information. For more information, see the Cloudflare privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain information about your personal data stored by us. You also have the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as a right to object to processing and the right to data portability.

6. Retention period

Insofar as no more specific retention period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for erasure or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data.

7. develoepercom WMS Mobile App

The develoepercom WMS Mobile App uses your device's camera exclusively for scanning barcodes (e.g. for goods receipt, stocktaking, picking). No photos or videos are taken, stored or transmitted. Camera images are only processed live for barcode detection and then discarded. The camera permission is only requested when you use a scan function.

For login and use of the app, the access data entered by the user, the configured tenant or domain, session data as well as warehouse-related operational data (e.g. scans, goods receipt, inventory, putaway and picking actions) are transmitted to the respective WMS backend and processed there to provide the WMS functionality. Transmission takes place via HTTPS.

The tenant domain, session token and selected warehouse context may be stored on the device so that the app can resume the session and correctly assign API requests. Local session data is removed on logout.

Requests for information, rectification, export and erasure regarding app usage can be made via system administration or the operator of the respective WMS instance. If infrastructure or hosting service providers used process personal data as processors, this is done to provide and secure WMS operations.
